• Newborn: Fits an average size baby from 0-3 months
• Small: Fits an average size baby from 3-6 months
• Medium: Fits an average size baby from 6-12 months
• Large: Fits an average size baby from 12-18 months
• 18 months: up to 30 pounds and 20 inches around chest
